
Easy Chicken Stir Fry

Ingredients:
Chicken breast
2 purple onions, sliced into rings
1 yellow bell pepper, cut into thin strips
1 red bell pepper, cut into thin strips
2 carrots, peeled and carved into thin strips
How to Make It:
Cook the chicken breast in a pot of water for about an hour. Let it cool a bit, then shred it with your chicken shredder.
Heat a little oil in a wok or large pan. Add the onions and cook until they start to brown. Then add the bell peppers and cook for a few more minutes. Finally, add the carrots and cook until everything is tender.
Add the shredded chicken to the pan. Season with salt, black pepper, silan, soy sauce, teriyaki sauce, and paprika. Mix well and adjust the seasoning to taste.
Garnish with sesame seeds before serving.
Tip: Excellent for serving with Mashed potatoes or White rice.
